With a background in human factors, she relies on tried and tested methods to drive design decisions and believes it is vital to the process of building seamless, effective, and accessible customer experiences. Her solution-driven mindset and passion for problem-solving make her ready to tackle any challenge.
Previously, Rabiya led and built the first in-house user experience research practice at Canada Post. She is also an active member of the Toronto Computer-Human Interaction group (TorCHI) and the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA), and has spoken at a number of design industry events.
